2. Suspected Fraudulent Activity — Where bd896 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct in connection with an account, it may suspend the account, freeze the balance, and conduct an investigation. The account holder will not have access to their balance during the investigation period.
3. Balance on Closure — Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bd896 reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the account, including any bonus amounts and winnings derived from bonus play. Where an account is closed at the player's request in good standing, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
